Refund and Return Policy

HariEra follow a straightforward ‘Exchange only policy’. No ‘return and refund policy’ is allowed. Only ‘ Exchange policy’  for the items is allowed. Customers can return and claim exchange for the same. 

* Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for exchange only if the item/product condition is found to be damaged, broken, faulty or different from the ordered one.

* To exchange  the items, it’s necessary to attach at least 2 images from different angles and one short video and claim the same within 2 hours of delivery.
* ?The exchanged  products will be  delivered in next delivery.
